Instructions
- Sauté ground beef, onion, and garlic in a large pot until beef is browned and vegetables are tender.
- Add diced potatoes and sliced carrots, cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until potatoes are soft.
- Stir in milk or cream, then add shredded cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with green onions and herbs before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute heavy cream with milk for a lighter version.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of hot sauce or smoked paprika.
