- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in shredded chicken and cooked noodles. Mix well.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top. Cover and cook until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked chicken with rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Use fresh basil for a more aromatic flavor.
- For a crunchy top, broil for 2 minutes after adding cheese.
