- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 6-8 minutes each. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in white wine or chicken broth, scraping up browned bits, and let reduce by half.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
