- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in cooked shredded chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Add ranch dressing and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
- Mix in cooked pasta and stir well to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and let melt for 2 minutes.
- Crumbled bacon is added last, gently folding into the pasta.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
