- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, milk, and shredded cheeses until smooth.
- Mix in cooked chicken and sautéed spinach.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- Feel free to add mushrooms or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
- This dish pairs well with a side of steamed rice or crusty bread.
