- 1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup white rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in rice and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat and add shredded chicken, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
