- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- While potatoes roast, slice smoked sausage and cook in a skillet until browned.
- Once potatoes are done, transfer to a large bowl, add ranch dressing and shredded cheese, then mix well.
- Top with cooked sausage slices and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or jalapeños.
- You can substitute the smoked sausage with turkey or chicken sausage for a leaner option.
