- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Toss chicken slices with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add sliced bell pepper and garlic; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir until heated through. Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for variation.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to spice preference.
