  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.

  4. Add tomato paste, garam masala, cumin, and paprika; cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
