- 2 lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken chunks and cook until browned.
- Pour in tomato sauce and season with garam masala, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and remaining butter, cook until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.

- Adjust spices according to your heat preference.
- Use full-fat heavy cream for a richer sauce.
