  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken chunks and cook until browned.
  5. Pour in tomato sauce and season with garam masala, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and remaining butter, cook until the sauce thickens.
