- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional for heat)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.
- Stir in spices: garam masala, turmeric, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken chunks, cook until lightly browned and cooked through.
- Pour in tomato sauce, simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
- Stir in heavy cream, cook for another 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.

- Adjust chili powder for desired spice level.
