- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 4 oz Boursin cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley or basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through.
- Stir in heavy cream and Boursin cheese; cook until the cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- Mix in cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs. Serve hot.

- For extra flavor, add a touch of lemon zest or red pepper flakes.
- Replace chicken with sautéed shrimp for seafood variation.
