  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add cold butter and cut in with a pastry cutter or fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in shredded cheddar, crab meat, and parsley.
  5. Gradually add milk, mixing until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. While biscuits bake, prepare lemon butter sauce: melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, stir in lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper. Keep warm.
  8. Serve biscuits warm, drizzled with lemon butter sauce.
