Instructions

- In a large bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until combined. Stir in sour cream.
- Roll dough into a rectangle on floured surface. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle evenly over dough.
- Roll up the dough tightly, slice into 1-inch cookies, and place on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Cool on wire racks.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make glaze. Drizzle over cooled cookies before serving.
