Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the broth over medium heat.
- Add sliced carrots, mushrooms, soy sauce, and sesame oil; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Gently add the potstickers and cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or a dash of chili oil. Use vegetarian broth for a meat-free version.
