  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes
