- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Pour over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
For best results, chill the bars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. You can add a swirl of chocolate or caramel on top for extra flavor.
