- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until they release moisture and become tender.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Mix in cooked pasta, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and extra parmesan before serving.
