- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
- 4 large russet potatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice smoked sausage into rounds and dice potatoes into even pieces. Prepare ranch seasoning.
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and ranch seasoning until evenly coated.
- Spread seasoned potatoes in a baking dish. Layer sliced smoked sausage on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top, and bake uncovered for 10 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
- Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for a crispy top. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
