- 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt or baking dish.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the butter mixture over biscuits and toss to coat evenly.
- Add shredded mozzarella and Parmesan, toss again.
- Layer the coated biscuits into the prepared dish, stacking them slightly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then serve warm.
Notes
- You can add cooked bacon or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- If using fresh herbs, chop finely before mixing.
- Best enjoyed warm for gooey texture.
