- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits (optional)
- 1 packet refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic, oregano, and parsley to the beef; cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Roll out crescent dough and cut into rectangles.
- Spread melted butter mixed with garlic over each dough piece.
- Place a spoonful of cooked beef on each dough rectangle, top with cheese, and bacon bits if using.
- Roll up tightly to form a pinwheel or wrap shape; place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

- You can customize with your favorite toppings like pickles or sautéed onions.
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the beef mixture.
