  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits (optional)
  • 1 packet refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic, oregano, and parsley to the beef; cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Roll out crescent dough and cut into rectangles.
  5. Spread melted butter mixed with garlic over each dough piece.
  6. Place a spoonful of cooked beef on each dough rectangle, top with cheese, and bacon bits if using.
  7. Roll up tightly to form a pinwheel or wrap shape; place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Serve warm garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
