- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into the pan, spread cream cheese mixture, then add remaining batter.
- Swirl with a spatula and bake for 55-60 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing. Garnish with fresh blueberries if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh blueberries with frozen, just do not thaw before adding.
- Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy spreading.
- For a tidier swirl, use a knife to create patterns in the batter.
