- 12 frozen or homemade potsticker dumplings
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded bok choy or napa cabbage
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring broth to a boil.
- Add carrots, mushrooms, soy sauce, and sesame oil; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add potstickers to the broth and cook according to package instructions or until heated through.
- Stir in bok choy and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Notes
- You can freeze extra potstickers for future use.
- Add a dash of chili oil for extra spice.
