Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Mix honey and soy sauce in a small bowl and pour over shrimp.
- If desired, stir in cornstarch mixed with a little water to thicken the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until sauce is glossy and thickened.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, serve immediately.

- Use fresh or thawed shrimp for best results.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
